My expression through this  performance art reflects   the evolving landscape of Ladakh's ecology, crucial for sustaining life since time immemorial. Through a site-specific performance, the environment itself narrates its narrative of transition. Presently, Ladakh grapples with turmoil as its people rally in protest to safeguard their biodiversity and ecosystems. Despite governmental assurances to enact the 6th schedule of the constitution, ongoing negotiations and disregard compel the public to uphold their commitment to Ladakh's welfare. This performance draws parallels with Hyderabad, a city facing ecological distress, underscoring the urgent need for solidarity with Ladakh's protests. Simultaneously, it serves as a call to action, urging awareness and support for Sonam Wangchuk's advocacy from the heart of Ladakh. As these regions confront ecological challenges, the performance bridges their struggles, advocating for collective action to preserve our shared environment and honor commitments to conservation and sustainability.
